Founded in 1996, Point Prod has established itself as one of Switzerland's leading production companies, producing dramas, documentaries, TV magazines and news. In 2005, the company created a fiction unit (television and cinema) - headed by Jean-Marc Fröhle - whose development and production of TV series has become a pillar of the company's activities. Since then, Point Prod has positioned itself as a major player in the development, production and co-production of fiction in Switzerland, in partnership with Swiss and European broadcasters. Since 2011, Jean-Marc Fröhle has developed and produced five successful original series. The latest production Quartier des Banques, sold in many countries and picked up for an American remake, ran for two seasons - the second was broadcast in February 2020. Winter Palace and Alpha are the latest series in development.
