Speakers:

Budapest, 1990. The Soviets have withdrawn and Attila Ambrus, an ordinary man, longs for the success, money and promise of American-style capitalism. But in this new system, only crooked politicians and gangsters get rich. Everyone else starves. Determined to succeed, Attila borrows money from a local gangster to start a business. When the cops shut it down, Attila, desperate to pay the mob back, picks up a gun and robs a bank. Soon, he's not only the most famous outlaw in the East, he's also at the center of a gang war. Inspired by a true story, Once Upon a Time embodies the harshness, violence and lawlessness of the wild East in the 1990s.
