Guido Reinhardt - Rampensau

Guido Reinhardt was born in Bensberg, near Cologne, in 1967. He trained as an actor in Cologne from 1989 to 1992, and worked for a time in theaters before studying medicine.

He returned to film after a few detours. First as head of the UFA Serial Drama department (then called GrundyUFA), then as director and producer. In 2005, he became line producer for the daily series Gute zeiten, Schlechte zeitan ( Good times, bad times ), Unter uns ( Among us) and Hinter gittern ( Behind bars ).

At the same time, he developed an innovative series idea: Alles was zählt ( All that matters ), for RTL, was the first German series to focus on figure skating, with many scenes shot on the ice.

Among many other films and series for UFA, Guido Reinhardt has developed the series Rampensau, part comedy, part detective, in 2019. It is adapted from the Israeli series מטומטמת ( Metumtemet ) by actress Bat Hen Sabag.
