A former film and series critic, Anne-Elisabeth Le Gal made her screenwriting debut in 2013 with a project for a judicial and prison series , Les Impatientes, for which she co-wrote the bible for two years with Nicolas Jean. In 2018, this 3x52-minute miniseries won 3 awards. In 2020, her crime drama Le Canal des Secrets, co-written with Fabienne Lesieur, drew over 5 million viewers on France 3. Since then, Anne- Elisabeth has initiated other series and lives mainly from her many projects.
