Throughout her years at the BBC and in independent production (Kudos), Manda Levin has worked hand-in-hand with many of the UK's leading creators, and has been instrumental in the emergence of many of the most significant dramas of recent years. Her extensive film credits include David Cronenberg's Eastern Promises, Simon Beaufoy's Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day and Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, as well as the Franco-British series The Tunnel, Abi Morgan's River and Amanda Coe and Louise Doughty's Apple Tree Yard. Today, she works on the BBC's entire drama development catalog, including strategy.

She invites us to go behind the scenes at the BBC and shares her in-depth knowledge of the British audiovisual sector in a "cross-views" exchange with Lars Blomgren (Director of Fiction EMEA, Endemol Shine), architect of the international success of Bron/Broen and its various remakes.
