During her years at the BBC as well as in independent production (Kudos), Manda Levin has worked hand in hand with many of Britain's leading creators and has been instrumental in the emergence of a number of landmark dramas in recent years. Her extensive filmography includes David Cronenberg's Eastern Promises, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day and Simon Beaufoy's Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, as well as the Franco-British series The Tunnel , River by Abi Morgan, Apple Tree Yard by Amanda Coe and Louise Doughty. Today, she works at the BBC on the whole catalogue of fiction development, and particularly on strategy.

She invites us behind the scenes at the BBC and shares her in-depth knowledge of the British audiovisual sector in a "cross-look" exchange with Lars Blomgren (Director of Fiction EMEA, Endemol Shine), the architect of the international success of Bron/Broen and its various remakes.
