Loona is sent to Wießnitz, a breeding ground for militant hooligans and extremist propaganda in East Germany, to spy on her brother, with whom she has lost touch. As an uprooted girl, she discovers a place that inspires in her a sense of belonging and power, which she may or may not decide to claim.
